Product was less than 2 weeks. Well packed, packing without damage. The product is packed in an extra a poly bag. Bag in the description,, inside 3 wall (bottom and 2 side) lined with removable insulation. Front, back cover and top zipper (open). Inside the bag small strap lock for пристёгивания pet for dog collar. But not like the fact that exploded center compartment holds its shape, and settles down the animal. Otherwise all OK. The bag is large enough to look like sports.
